Who we are

Nhu Le, trading as Nhu Le Aesthetics, decides how your personal information is used. You can reach Nhu on +44 7517 832844, on Instagram at @nhu.le.aesthetics, or by post at either clinic:

  • The Trend Salon, Unit 3, 8 Robert Street, Manchester, M3 1EY
  • AG Clinic, 1 Townsend Way, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B1 2RT

What we collect

  • When you book: your name, email, mobile number, the treatment, clinic, date and time, anything you add in the notes, and how you heard about us. If you accepted cookies and came from one of our ads, we also note which ad.
  • Your health and consent answers: the medical questions, consent forms and signed name in the health form we email you after you book. This is sensitive information and we treat it with extra care.
  • When you pay a deposit or buy a gift: Stripe takes your card details. We never see them. For a gift, we also hold your name and email, the recipient's name and your message.
  • When you message or call us, or fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram: your name, phone, email, the treatment you asked about, the clinic, and what you tell us.
  • On this website, only if you accept cookies: see "Cookies" below.

Why we use it

  • To book, carry out and manage your appointment, including confirmations and reminders. We need this to provide the service you asked for.
  • To check a treatment is suitable and safe for you, and to keep your treatment record. We use your health answers only for this, and only with your explicit consent, which you give in that health form. Without them we can't carry out the treatment.
  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation, at your request.
  • To send you offers, only if you haven't opted out. This is our legitimate interest in telling clients about our treatments. You can stop them at any time by telling Nhu.
  • To see which ads lead to bookings and help Meta show them to people likely to book, only if you accept cookies.
  • To keep records we need for our legal and insurance duties, and to deal with any complaint or claim.

You have to give your contact details to book. Everything else marked optional, and cookies, are your choice.

Who sees it

  • Bookin' Brilliant, our booking system, and the companies that run it for storing data (Supabase) and sending emails (Resend).
  • Stripe, which takes payments.
  • Meta, which runs Facebook and Instagram, including its forms and messages, and the cookie below if you accept it.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website.
  • The marketing contractor who manages our Facebook and Instagram ads, who works on our instructions and may see enquiries sent through those forms.

Some of these companies process data in the United States, under the safeguards they rely on. Ask Nhu for details or a copy. We don't sell your information. We never send your health answers to Meta. If you accept cookies, Meta sees which treatment pages you visit. It also sees what you enter in its own forms.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become a booking: deleted after 6 months.
  • Booking, treatment and consent records: for as long as we need them for your care and to meet our legal and insurance duties.
  • The Meta cookie: up to 90 days. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change it.

Cookies

This website works without any advertising cookies. If you press Accept, we load the Meta pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta the pages you visit, your IP address and browser details, and three things that happen in the booking form: when you start a booking, when you go to pay a deposit, and when a booking is confirmed, with the deposit amount and a booking reference. It doesn't send your name, the treatment you book or your health answers. It stays off if you press Reject. Change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.

We also keep your cookie choice in your browser, and while you buy a gift we keep your form in your browser so it isn't lost when you go to pay.

Your rights

You can ask to see your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Some records may have to be kept for legal or insurance reasons, and we'll tell you if so.

Complaints

Please tell Nhu first, using the details above, and we'll reply and put it right where we can. You can also complain to the Information Commission at ico.org.uk.
